About the Photographer
My Current Photography
I currently specialize in event photography as well as natural modeling photography. I have shot anything from Nightclubs to Business Openings to Fashion Shows to Sports. I like to think that I am well versed in the event photography field.
I also try to bring a creative eye to portrait and modeling photography, and for this, I will let my work speak for itself. A picture is worth a thousand words.
How I got Started with Photography
I picked up the idea of digital photography from a family friend. I started shooting in 2005 with a 5 mp Konica Minolta Z20, almost exclusively nature and inanimate objects. I stumbled upon a website called deviantART around this same time, eventually joined and started uploading artwork. On the site, you can choose what kind of photographer you are, I originated with nature but eventually stumbled upon Experimental. Experimental to me back then meant that I would take photos of anything that caught my eye. I stuck with that. However, after finding out that many people are unaware of or have different perceptions of what experimental photography is, I've moved more towards the word conceptual. I like to think that most of my work portrays a concept in one way or another.
